I received only 1 out of two items and didn't receive the most expensive item in my order. I never received a reply to my request for a refund although my credit card was charged immediately (before shipping) for the full order. I lost more than $70 in the transaction. Very displeased.

I love the fact that my orders arrrive on time, if not early. I appreciate being contacted if an item isn’t immediately available, which is rarely. I then am offered an alternative, like getting two 0.5 oz bottles to replace. My 1oz order. I most especially love the array of samples that I often add to my regimen!

Heaven was awesome to speak with. She kept me updated concerning my order . She also called the distributor to find out what was happening with their brand. I was satisfied every step of the way and issue was resolved and because I was kept up to date , I wasn’t worried and I have used beauty store depot for quite awhile and will continue to place orders with them.

I have been a customer of Beautystoredepot.com a couple years or more. Each product that I have ordered has stood up to the information provided in the product description.
Their delivery of items is quick. Customer service is beyond exceptional....you even can speak to a "live" person.
Love, love their sample products. Sometimes the sample products can be big size products....can't beat the samples.
I have referred friends to Beautystoredepot.com and they have become customers as well.
I will continue to be a regular customer and refer friends.

BSD offers high-quality products at a reasonable price and shipping is fast and free. They always include free samples with each order. I only order from BSD - a Texas company.

No response to my email or to their website messenger asking where my order was. I finally called and Heaven said there was a big warehouse move and thing were delayed. I received no notice that this was happening so didn't have any knowledge of this. I asked for my credit card to be credited since I didn't know when I would get my order nor did she know either.

Placed an order on Beauty Store Depot and was billed on 2/12/23. I never got my order. I went to contact the company on 4/26/2023 through the 1-800 number and it was "busy". I clicked the website link on the email confirmation and I got Dermava (formerly Beauty Store Depot). I called their number and I cannot get through unless I create a patient profile. No way am I giving them my information!

Customer service couldn’t be any better!
I’ve only had a product arrive, damaged once, and it was quickly resolved.

It seems that Beautystoredepot is experiencing staffing shortages to answer phone calls and fill orders. I have always had instant help in the past. That has changed over the last few months with delayed return calls.

I was told that there were some supply chain issues. My order was placed on 2/21/23. On 3/7/23 (2 weeks) I emailed to determine the status of my order as I noticed my credit card was charged for my order, but I had received no communication on the status of my order. They were very prompt on responding to me saying it would be another 1 1/2 weeks until my order was filled and inquiring if I wanted a refund. I said No, if they were quite sure my order would be sent in the time frame. I still haven't received my order or any communication.

Never received my order without any follow up from beauty store depot. I was able to take my business elsewhere so i won’t be using this site anymore

Product was ordered late December and has not even been posted yet.
I bought from Beautystore previously and had good experiences. However this time my money has been taken out of the account but I have been advised that as a result of changes to systems etc they can not tell me when the product will be posted to me. Very unsatisfactory.

I have been a customer for a several years and find rapid response to my orders. Most recently my order was delayed and when when I inquired, the response was punctual and helpful.

I've always had a good experience ordering from Beauty Store Depot. This time, I placed my order on Feb. 16th, my credit card was charged. Today is March 15th and it still hasn't been shipped. There are delays in fulfillment, however I feel that credit cards shouldn't be charged until items are shipped.
3-29-23 I finally got a reply email after emailing two times and calling two times (leaving voicemails, because nobody answers). I've cancelled my order and asked for a refund. Very poor customer service this time. I will not be patronizing this company again. I re-ordered from a different company.

Great customer service! The phone call and voicemail from Eileen Andrews was completely unexpected when my order could not be filled. It is an uncommon experience in today’s retail world.

I love to order the products that I love, and when they ru outs order some more. My skin glows, and I am a"Farm to Fork", Organic Chef..... My skincare has to match what eat.....We are talking " Holistic".
How wood I eat the way I do, and then use bad ingredient Skincare? The answer is I wouldn't

I ordered a product in January 2023 and my credit card was charged. I am still waiting for it be delivered, a full two months plus after ordering. I have contacted the company twice, and I'm told they are experiencing "fulfillment delays." Yet the product is still listed for sale, with a claim that it ships w/in one day. This all raises questions about their reliability and trust.

We have ordered some products from beauty store Depot since January 26, and payment via credit card almost instantly. Called the company in mid of February (3 weeks later after ordered placed) someone apologize, but another 10 days went by we still have not received anything yet.

I ordered about 2 weeks ago and still have not received my order. I use these products daily: Dermalogica moisture cream and eye cream. I'm completely out of them and still waiting for my order. Please be more prompt or give me an idea of how long filling an order may take so that I can order ahead of time.
